Here's what you do: Roll out the pie dough and brush melted butter on it and sprinkle o cinnamon sugar. Then roll it up and cut slices. Bake them at 400ยบ for 20 minutes or more. Yum.
I put in all sorts of crazy things, too. Put on pecans and brown sugar, or leave out the egg wash and put on chopped cherries and chocolate. Anything you've got in the pantry. These make the best cookies on the face of the earth.
